Java Developer

We are looking for 2 experienced Java Developers (Middle+ to Senior level) to join a complex enterprise logistics project in collaboration with System Logistics. The project focuses on adapting an existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) for multiple enterprise customers. The main complexity lies in backend logic, system integrations, and architecture rather than UI development. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex business problems in a clean, structured way and working in distributed, international teams. 

Project Details:
• Start date: July 1, 2026.
• Full-time engagement.
• Initial duration: 6 months (extension not guaranteed).
• International collaboration (Moldova & Germany).
• Potential future transition to a React/UI-focused project.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
• Implement customer-specific adaptations of a complex WMS platform.
• Debug and resolve issues in a distributed system.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and system stability.
• Work with event-driven architecture and complex workflows.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decisions .

Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the System Logistics technical team.
• Communicate with developers, leads, and PMs in an international setup.
• Clarify requirements, ask questions, and contribute actively.
• Take ownership of tasks and work proactively within the team.

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Java (Middle+ / Senior level).
• Solid experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Hibernate / JPA.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with complex enterprise systems.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with MS SQL / relational databases.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and integrations.
• Understanding of clean architecture principles.
• Experience with React / frontend development (future opportunities).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools .
